In 2005 Kenney Realty Services was named one the of 10 Best Places to Work in the Triangle by the Triangle Business Journal. Once nominated for this award, 85% of the company’s employees were required to respond to an online survey about the company. The scores were tallied, and the three top-scoring companies in each of the size categories were declared winners. With the number of employees in the Raleigh area only being fewer than 50, Kenney Realty was declared one of the three top small companies to work for in the Triangle. The Awards Luncheon was held on September 15, 2005 at the North Ridge Country Club.

In 2008 Kenney Realty Services won the Exceptional Residents Satisfaction Award in recognition of outstanding service based on anonymous surveys of current residents!
