Brokerage

Kenney Realty Services has four licensed brokers on staff who are qualified and experienced in single-family and condominium sales.  Additionally two of the brokers have experience in commercial sales.

Following the execution of a listing agreement, the broker will prepare a detailed marketing plan which will be presented to the owner for approval.  The plan will include means of advertising, media to be utilized, timeline for the roll-out of the marketing campaign, and estimated time to procure an offer to purchase.

Fees are negotiable and are dependent upon the sales price of the asset.
