Property Management Services Kenney Realty Services offers property management services for both multi-family and commercial assets on a fee basis. Reporting to owners can be weekly or monthly as requested by the owner and can be as detailed as is needed. Reports can also be customized to fit a client’s particular need. While certain standard practices are followed, the management plan can be altered as requested by the client. Our property management services include:

The hiring process includes an in-depth personality profile study to determine candidates’ strengths and weaknesses. All applicants undergo drug testing and a criminal background check.
